NOTICE OF POSITION OPENING

 

POSITION TITLE:   Clinical Case Manager 2 – Adult & Elder Services

                                 Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

                                                                         

DESCRIPTION:  Assist adults with severe and persistent mental illness in their journey toward recovery.  This is a full-time professional clinical position providing mental health services to adult clients, including providing case management and counseling, developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups, and doing outreach.  Develop individual treatment plans based on mental health needs and consumers' goals and identified strengths.         

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a mental health related field from an accredited college or university and at least two years clinical mental healthcare experience. Requires successful clinical and case management experience with mentally ill adults, positive solution-focused customer service skills, and solid computer user skills.  Must be well organized and able to complete all administrative and clinical paperwork in a timely, effective manner.  Must have knowledge of and experience accessing and interacting with community resources.  Requires a valid WA State Driver's License, good driving record, dependable transportation and private auto insurance.  Must be a current Washington State Registered Counselor.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:    Prefer Masters-prepared clinicians.  Prefer knowledge of and skill in using Motivational Interviewing.  Preference (and premium pay for) Geriatric Mental Health Specialists and Minority Mental Health Specialists.

 

STARTING PAY:   $17.10 – 20.57/hr to START depending on qualifications.
