Our Adult Outpatient and Therapy Services team provides multiple services, including individual, family, group therapy, case management, peer support delivered by a Certified Peer Counselor, therapeutic psycho-education, medication management, and medication monitoring.
All care provided is designed to promote the individual’s recovery. Like all of our clinical teams, our Adult Outpatient and Therapy Services adheres to the recovery model, which is based on the foundational belief that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. We recognize and support an individual’s strengths, preferences and unique path to recovery. Greater Lakes is also a trauma informed organization which means we recognize the prevalence of trauma histories among those we serve, work to provide a non-traumatizing environment and provide evidence based treatments to help individuals resolve their trauma on their own timeline.
Referrals to Adult Outpatient and Therapy Services are made through Greater Lakes Access Center, which is the single point of entry into clinical services. Just call 253-581-7020 and ask to speak to a clinical phone screener in our Access Center.
